if the item you purchased at unsubscribed doesn’t bring you total joy, you have two options to return it for a full refund: (1) bring it back to the store; or (2) send it back to us via mail. see the details below.
for returns via-mail include completed return slip and ship back to store within the 21 day return period. you are responsible for all details regarding mail returns (including but not limited to costs). we are not responsible for lost, held or damaged returns sent via mail.
if you don’t have a receipt, you can exchange your item or get store credit for the current price. if you pay more for an item than its posted or advertised price at the time of purchase, we will refund the difference. if there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may refuse or delay your return.
